In other news, some of you may know that my best friend (luthier Sarah Benton) and I have recently visited the one and only Jason Becker. While I have visited and played for Jason in the past, this particular trip had a special purpose: to deliver a one-of-a-kind guitar that Sarah had built for him based on one of his dad’s paintings. Needless to say, it was quite the unique and touching experience for all of us, and I personally feel utterly fortunate to have been able to have a small part in liaising it. Thanks to Jason and his wonderful family, we were able to document much of our trip (including several clips of my playing for him) and compile it into a mini You-Tube documentary for your viewing pleasure. So without any further ado, you can go forth and watch there video by clicking here! And in case you missed any recent YouTube videos, you can also catch up here.
As always, thanks to all of you for your continued support, and more news soon!
